EDB Entertainment is a business corporation that produces and records music as well as videography. The company was founded in the year 2010 in Kingston, Jamaica and as expanded internationally to other foreign countries. The firm is also active in developing new musical talents and promoting musical events.
VINYL THURSDAYS is a weekly music event in Kingston, Jamaica since 2013. The Dancehall-styled session plays strictly conscious Reggae and Roots music on Vinyl records. Every Thursday the venue, Nanook which is the headquarter of the Nanook Enterprise, model for change geared towards helping people make a living from their culture and creativity is filled with positive wax vibes entertained by the host sound-system KING HARAR SOUND and other local and international guest selectors coming from Europe, UK, Canada or the USA. Initially the session started out in 2013 in the Ghetto of Kingston Six, where the EDB Entertainment family had their headquarters and home recording studio. What originally started as a small neighborhood jam-session is now an integral part of Kingston’s Reggae music landscape.
